Pirate Transport etc wiki change

In wiki it says it is unaffiliated open use, i think this should 8e changed to Unlawful 8ecause everyone who sees you automatically thinks your a pirate even if you have a neutral ID, i have 8een thrown out of sectors just 8ecause of the ship even though my smuggler ID says i am considered lawful unless doing unlawful activities.

Regardless of the ship's appearance, the P-Trans is still availa8le to just a8out anyone who has the money to 8uy it. It's still a "generic" transport, 8ut its du8ious origins cause most house-lawfuls to 8e a 8it suspicious of it.

8y server rules, any8ody can fly it.
In-RP, it's still eyed with suspicion.

So it remains listed as "open-use" in regards to the tech chart.

And also 8ecause Sprolf said so.
