Dear Miss Aigis.

It sounds to me like having both would be the best option. That way we can have a backup system in place. However an artificial body may fall mildly into the uncanny valley territory so perhaps having it covered by a hologram would be the best option. I would also like to be able to have either system able to move to any location on the ship in case of error reports that I would need to check on in person.

Yes, it shouldn't be much of a problem to ensure freedom of movement to both systems. We will start working on it right away. Though, please note that those systems are remotely controlled. Your ships still wont be adequately protected in case of communication loss. If that occurs, you still need somebody or something to know what to do even if something unexpected happens.

I am sure that you can work in some low level programming that will send the ship towards the nearest base in case of a communications error. Speaking of which, if that is possible and all worked out then we will now be able to move onto the subject of AIs if you are fine with that.

Right, we will need numbers. How many ships you want to refit with new systems. Also it would be good if pilots using slave system would be able to come here to Eden for screening so we can apply they appearance to synth-bodies.

As for the discussion about the AIs...
What would you want to know..?

Well I am hoping to have an AI that can be taken for human even under close inspection. I have seen several AIs that are very limited and it is quite obvious that they are machines. If possible I would like to meet some of the AIs that are currently operation within the Verulan Enclave.

Of course, that is not problem at all. You are more than welcome to come personally if you wish. As a voice of the enclave in this matter, i can be your guide if you wish so as well. I took the liberty of finding AIs meeting your requirements as well...
