Comrades!

In light of the recent, and incalculably beneficial husbandry project, which saw the live stock and bio diversity of JiangXi restored, I am pleased to announce another joint venture that we are opening up to you.

Premier Katz, and the Coalition Government continue to share a common concern for the welfare of the working people of Leeds and Harris. We have already housed and settled some 250,000 refugees delivered by the Zoners and IND vessels last year at this time to settlement camps at Zhukovsky station.

Those people are now happilly situated in what has been collectively known as the First and Second Pilgrimages.

We are awaiting a second shipment of 20,000 displaced peoples that are currently make the journey on an independant trading barge... but with construction expanding daily, the New Hong Kong settlement on JiangXi can house significantly more people.

This is why the Ministry of Public Relations, and the Ministry of Immigration wish to extend an offer that we will pay all shipping costs of what we are dubbing 'the Leeds Airlift' and absorb all settlement costs. We are also offering any refugees that agree to the emigration program safe homes, schools and lives under which to lead their lives in peace far away from the war that has torn their homeland apart.

To this end we are authourizing 500 Million Credits, in addition to the standard reimbursement that Zhukovsky pays out to refugee transports.

We are currently standing by to process a further 100,000 refugees, and if this project is a success, we would be more than willing to extend it further.

For the Hope of the Future!
Leon Mendel

Good evening Commissar!
Why of course I would be happy to help in this awful process. Refugees are such poor people and generally they've done nothing wrong other than to be on the wrong planet at the wrong time. Don't worry sir, I am happy at shipping the numbers you require for your great plan. I shall outfit my transport with a small desk asking the refugees if they want to visit your lovely system.

If they don't, I'm sure I can take them anyway and you lovely lot can have some fun in those ore processing factories I'm sure. Ah ha!

And now, I have work to do. Investment returns don't make money themselves!

Good evening Commissar!
Your first batch of eager and willing refugees were most excellent. They are well behaved and model citizens of Leeds. On-board the Unrelenting.Profit, they were treated humanely and with dignity. They absolutely not in cramped and crowded conditions, nor were they urinated on by me. Most importantly, 21 of them did not have their legs were accidentally crushed by falling Gold Ore and I have no idea why one of the Refugees has a blaster hole in his backside.

Coo-Eee Commissar, you handsome thing you!
Another load of smiling and happy refugees have disembarked for JiangXi. No trouble with this group what so ever. I don't have anything else to report really! Well except for the two I found delving into fornication onboard my ship! Well, I'll have you know that it doesn't happen unless I am invited. I offered this to them, but I still wasn't invited and so I had no choice but to join in anyway.

Commissar!
You'll love this news, 20,000 refugees have now left the horrible and dank world that is Leeds to set up their new lives in your space. Now of course, I could upload the entire directory of stills to prove I have done such work - However frankly I am very tired.

This little project of yours should be finished quite quickly at this rate! Ah ha! I can hear the credits falling already.
