Brothers, the time has come. The inaction and bureaucracy of the Council has finally become too much. Missed opportunity after missed opportunity. My patience is at an end. For too long the Brotherhood has stood by, abdicating its role as the true leaders of the Corsair people. Giving our power to this Council of Elders, a group of old men who do no more than figure out ways to say no, to keep our nation where it is. No more, no more will the Brotherhood hold our tongues, nor will will stand by the decisions of the Council. The Brotherhood will forge its own way, along with all Corsairs who choose to follow us.

We have gone over the plans Hermanos, this is no surprise, we have all be waiting a long time for this. All Brotherhood ships will immediately move to our base of operations at Mindelo. We know the base well, it has served us well in the past, as it will in the future.
