Mantear here.

Good evening Miss Staite. While the confusion regarding your return was regrettable, everyone agrees
that the OSD is now performing optimally. That is a good sign.

However, we now require a larger and more focused effort from your division. I believe you're
fully aware of the plans regarding the 'Thebes' prototype... As well as recent events surrounding us.
We feel the need to rush it's construction. Increase your focus on the development and finalization
of the prototype warship, Staite. The sooner the better. All the required materials shall be provided
for your research.

Mantear out.

"We have been working on development of the Pakhet prototype testbed vessel, I'm sure we can implement some of the same experimental technologies into the Thebes. Please forward all information available so that my research and engineering teams can be brought up to speed."
