As Thexare mentioned, when you start up F4 it gives you the option to "import" a F3 profile, which gives you some cars and cash based upon what level you are. There are really only three things I can think of that are relevant:
- There's an achievement for importing the profile regardless of what's in it.
- There's a title and badge for importing a level 50 profile.
- If you have any unicorns in the F3 profile, they get imported. This is the easiest way to get the Unicorn Hunter F4 achievement--buy the HKS Time Attack Evolution from the dealer in F3 and it'll get imported.

You also get two unicorns if your Forza 3 file had VIP status - the Ferrari Scuderia and the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera.

(You also get a Corvette ZR1, but that's not a unicorn.)

Been playing Forza 4 quite a lot, and I've got to say Its mighty fun to race on the full circuit of Fujimi Kaido (10 Miles of Japanese road perfection). The new Bernese Alps is fun as well. Its also a lot easier to drift in Forza 4 compared to the rest of the Forza franchise. Gamertag is YourAverageFrog if you ever wanna race or something.

Nice to see that the game has received such great feedback too. It really is a blast to play any mode in the game (although I am more partial to rivals mode and just driving around, but that's me).
