This message is addressed to the Rheinland navigation permits and customs officer.
Having thoroughly studied the Rheinland criminal code, I have not been able to ascertain whether my ship, a Hathor-class gunboat affiliated with the Order, is allowed to navigate Rheinland space without special authorization or not, so I am submitting the present request.
Were I to be given permission, I agree beforehand to heed the commands or requests of the Rheinwehr and the Rheinlandspolizei, and to provide support and assistance in the event of an incursion of parties or agencies that oppose both Rheinland and the Order.
