Good day to you, sirs and ma'ams.

My principle over-secretary, Ms Whitte, informed me that the Daumann Board had reacted favourably to hearing this proposal. I believe she served as your Bowex point of contact for Project Genesis, on Holestein. As it happens, I intend to ask Ms Whitte to apply for the lion's share of contracts for Phase 2. Regardless, this is not why I am contacting you.

In the past, Bowex has enjoyed an extremely profitable relationship with Daumann. Bowex holds a vice-like grip on the source of one of the highest quality and cost effective forms of Super Alloy produced in Sirius. We have historically traded this vital material to your good selves on Planet Nuremberg, allowing you to construct your Military Vehicles and other secondary sector produce with quality and ease. This status-quo was maintained until roughly one year ago.

As you are no doubt aware, it is now illegal for Bowex to transport Military Vehicles according to §8.1 of the Rheinlandic Legal Cortex. To the best of our knowledge, Bowex may have comprised of at least 25% of your Military Vehicle exports - a comparatively huge market share, and subsequent loss of revenue for yourselves. Now, we are extremely interested in returning to the previous state of affairs. Due to DHC's rightfully large influence within the Rheinlandic government, we had hoped you would vouch on our behalf to alter this legal situation.

I am sure some kind of compensation could be arranged for this service. This could take many forms, the least of which being the massive influx of Bretonian credits into Nuremberg's coffers due to the newly reopened market opportunities. I do hope our diligent and rapid service throughout the Genesis project will be carefully remembered too. Considering the Bretonian entity [Convoy] was permitted to carry these goods shortly after the Omega Conflict ended, I am sure Bowex can make great progress relating to this matter with your help.

We just wanted to inform you that the final preparations for this project are underway. Our team consists of 5 skilled legal agents from the Daumann Corporation.

Hopefully the government will listen, as they seem to listen to the needs of their military nowadays, perhaps they forgot their position...

Anyway, we will keep you informed on the progress of this process.
