Breaking AES256 will take millions of years unless you have the encryption key, which they can't have.
So basically the only thing the hackers have is a massive pile of garbage they can't understand.

EA, Facebook Stuffz, Xbox, PSN Amazon, all do it. Valve should consider going the route as well.
