What is the dating system in Discovery

I know that the years are written 800 A.S for example, but that is all the information i have been able to find. Does anyone have an idea as to wether we use days, months etc. Are they monday, saturday. Or something that was made up for FL/Disco.

Anyway, I've always seen people just use the usual days and months, just the year is different.
