UOG - Leadership crisis

The UOG has no active leaders.

I have said since my return I do not wish to take back the leadership.

We had Hyperion, and Joeinicus, but both have stepped aside for important real life issues.

P*Funk was here, but he has his hands more then full, and I have not seen him in a while.

I have said on our forums that I am willing to offer anyone as much help as they need to be an effective (I hope) leader and keep the faction active.

But no-one suitable has stepped up to the plate as yet, and (as you guys can see) UOG has not been terribly active of late, mostly due to lack of someone with a bit of time to spend on organising it.

Joe and Hyp are not gone, both are still doing what they can, and will be more active when they can.

I really don't know what else to say...

does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

I think you already know how I feel about this. I would be willing to help you guys get back up on your feet, though I heard it was because you all just had RL stuff going on. I have no real leadership experince, but if you need that I would be willing to try. Anyway, contact me if you want some help.

When there was a regular UOG vs QCRF battle, a lot of UOG showed up.

I suggest trying to get that going again, either at the previously appointed time:

We don't have a shortage of members, (though more is always good!)

we have a shortage of experienced members to organise the events, be there, give orders, keep it all in role play, and stop the pvp whores.

and just someone to be there... taking care, so to speak
