It would be helpful for the Civ Antimatter cannon to be generally available to civillian population in other places becides Omicron Kappa. If you are playing a Vigilante bomber then you may have to go out of your ZOI in order to purchase one.

Well, that was also a bit problematic in 4.85. A SNAC on Barrier Gate would be helpful. Until than, you can just ask faction people to get you one. I usually got those from Junkers.

Yes Barrier Gate wuld have been a good choice. And I suppose if you were really playing your vigilante properly you probably wouldn't get help from a Junker. I'm thinking setting up this character he can be a Freelancer until he goes over the edge and taking the law into his own hands.
