Has mining rate been changed? I just tried mining metal for about 5-8 minutes and i had 0 drop.

Tried mining scrap metal and i am getting very, very low drop.

Miners, please advise.

many minerable fields are moved to diferent places - so it;s possible that
in placy where You were mining - there is no longer any drops.

i am using the mining filter on the f6 map:)should be updated as i explore.

Not entirely. Once zones are flagged as minable on the minimap, they stay that way even if the zone changes. So something can look minable when in effect it isn't, Munich is a prime example of this. The aluminium field is deeper inside the main asteroid field. Anyone who has visited that field before however, will see the entire field as minable.

The only way to get a correct map is to create a new character.

[Edit] Using junker guard IFF perchance? If so, change to Junker IFF/ID.

Also if regular turrets, and not a junker ID and ship. Scrap drops will be low. My Recycler with mining turret can fill it's hold in 7-10 rocks. Salvager with all mining turrets in under 10 minutes. 6-30 per rock.
If your in a transport, with a non junker ID, and using regular guns you will get 1-6 at most.
