Konnichiwa and Good Day Admirals,

The Ronin have begun formal operations against the Gallic hordes. I propose this channel be used to coordinate activities between the BAF and Ronin, as well as to share intelligence regarding the Gallic invasion.


The Ronin have begun significant operation in the Tau31, and Tau23 system, encountering some resistance from the Gallic forces, although that which we have met has been light, and ill-organized. I am surprised that they have been so successful with this lack of organization, although it may be that they have extended their lines and the disorganization is as a result of that. If that is the case, we should not waste our chance to strike while the enemy is in disarray. I will keep the Bretonian High Command up to date on any further information we receive or find out, and I would hope the Admirality will do the same with us.

Konnichiwa, Bretonians.

I have been tasked by the Emperor to inform you of our current operations and the most important informations we have gathered.

For the moment, most of our samurais are assigned to the defense of Edinburgh and Leeds in order to prevent any further advance of the Gallics. This has so far resulted in two battles with the Ronins and Bretonians fighting together against the enemy.

A smaller wing, composed of four fighters and a repurposed Anki working as a scanner scrambler to avoid detection by their ungracious battleships is currently studying the paths taken by their reinforcements and resupply convoys in the Taus and nearby systems. This will allow us to find the flaws on said paths and organise ambushes to disorganise their frontlines.

As to intelligence, so far the informations are not really worth anything. However during our last hunt, we'€™ve been able to destroy several small gallic battlegroups in the Taus, resulting in the obtention of high ranked officers. It is important to note that if you retrieve the escape pod of a Gallic, once you will open it to free him, the first thing you have to do is prevent him from reaching his mouth with his hands. We have been tricked once by this cowardice of their, and found they are all equipped with a cyanide device hidden behind their teeth.

We will let you know if we obtain any valuable information from those we have captured. However you might already know that the Emperor had tasked me yesterday as we returned from our hunt to share some of these Gallic officers with you. These were given to one of your soldiers known as the Lieutenant Derek Kerr. Shall you appreciate giving them their share of suffering.

I have received a disturbing report from two of my pilots. It seems one of your ships, the BAF-HMS-Braveheart several times answered my pilots calls for backup in dealing with the GRN in Edinburgh, by telling these two pilots fighting for their lives, that reinforcements were on the way, while in fact, no reinforcements were ever sent to help my pilots. Now, I have no problem with the Bretonians not coming to the aid of my men, we almost expect it, the problem is when we are told reinforcements are on the way, we stay engaged, endangering the lives of our pilots further, when if there were no reinforcements on the way, we would have just pulled out. This is unacceptable for our two groups who wish to work together. I ask for some explanation of why my pilots were told backup was on the way, when it clearly wasn't.

I request an update on the investigation. It seems that this sentiment is spreading, as every time we contact a BAF or HMS ship we get static in response. If this does not change, we of the Exiles will have to look into other ways to take our fight to the Gallics aside from defending Bretonia.
