Well, Puffy rumors can come in one of three flavors.

Legitimate Fish Enthusiast:

Honestly, Junyo's seafood just can't compete with the fish we have here on Tomioka. Don't get me wrong, though. I'll never say no to a well-cooked Junyo Sea Bream with a bit of rice, but Tomioka's Tiger Blowfish is simply to die for! Quite literally, actually. They're extremely poisonous if they're not prepared properly.

Consumption and transportation of the Marinburusakana may be restricted now, but I know a guy here who can still hook me up with a few cases of them every month or so. Samura must be crazy to deny us this delicacy. These fish are just too tasty to keep locked up in a laboratory!

Somewhat Loopy Fish Enthusiast:

I've never seen so many fish all in one place before! How do you think the oceans here got to be so full of them? I think that the farmers from Kyushu scooped up as many fish as they could carry from their planet, brought them here, and dumped them all in the sea. So now we have, like, double-fish!

Did you see the aquarium out in the lobby? It's huge! I think they have one of every kind of fish in the universe inside of that thing. I could sit out there all day and just count all the fish. One fish, two fish, red fish, marine blue fish...

Completely Off His Rocker Fish Enthusiast:

At every meal, I make a point of getting to know my fish before I eat it. I ask it how it's feeling, listen to its life story, and calm it down once it realizes that it's about to be eaten. Sometimes I sympathize with the fish and lose my appetite, but then I remember that I have to eat it. If I don't eat all the fish, they'll rise up and take back their planet.

Have you ever flown with the fish before? They're out there, in the Midori Cloud, floating around in beautiful patterns. I think they're protecting a big ball of swirly light inside of the cloud. One time, I tried to join them in their fish-dance, but they got angry and started firing their fish-lasers at me. I'm too scared to go back.
