I bought an Uruz with an IC ID and the power plant reduced to 10%. IC is a liberty house company, however with Sirius Wide ZOI and with the Bonn station.
Yes Sir Yes...however I thought Uruz is a civilian ship. I can understand some reduce but 90% is a "little bit" too much for my taste. However I could change the ID, so yes...I'll be quiet and will deal with it.
You'll need an ID for a Rheinland corporation to get native tech. ALG can go more places than the others.
Look at <HOUSE> Corporation on the tech-chart. IC is a liberty corporation. It is native tech for Liberty Civilian, green cell to Bretonian Civilian and regular Civilian, but red cell to Kusari and Rheinland Civilian.

I didnt thought there will be cells between house civilian ships. If rheinland civilian is red for the ID it, that could explain this situation, however as far as I know the IC has stations everywhere across Sirius house spaces, so making it red for any kind of them is a little bit odd. But understood. Dealing with it.

Civilians do not wage the war between each other. I doubt any big corporations despite of their interests of spreading influence wants to ignore possible buissnes opportunities.
On the other hand, factions should stick to their own ship market.. makes more sense. Right?

The wording is kind of confusing since there are very few civilian ship makers in the houses. Instead there are military ships that are also sold to corporations. For example the Grizzly is made by the Liberty Navy and the Navy will let Liberty corporations use it, and will even let Bretonia corporations use it (green cell), but the Navy does not sell them to corporations in Rheinland or Kusari (red cell). So <HOUSE> Civilian really means transports and freighters sold by <HOUSE> military.
There are a couple of other <HOUSE> Civilian ships (like the Kusari-based Explorer gunboat) but those are very few. Most of teh non-military lines are general civilian and not <HOUSE> Civilian.
