Gentlemen, I have a proposal for you.

Firstly, Ash I spoke to you the other day of being my eyes and ears...this I wish to continue.

However, due to recent events, I am concerned.

The Order is unstable, as is the situation in the Omicrons and across Sirius.

In the Taus, Gallia, as I knew it would, has finally invaded. Kusari is pacified, Bretonia is in dire straits.

In the Omicrons we are facing a large force of Nomads, in addition to the Guild still.

The Order is badly maimed, Cerberus thankfully is still strong.

Regardless, I fear that collateral damage and protection of humans may be going out the door for the Order. Order agents are likely to have become cold by our recent loss.

Almost all of those under my command were slain at Minor.

We were betrayed by one of our own.

The Wedjat itself, what it stood for has disappeared. Cerberus stepped into fill the void, this I am grateful for.

I am forming a team, I need people I can trust, that are willing to operate off grid and do things we normally wouldn't.

This team would be operating in a denied ops capacity, it's members, wiped from official records. We won't exist officially simply put. We'll be living as Ghosts.

Furthermore, you must be willing to strike at anyone, anywhere or conduct deep cover ops. This includes the Order, our own. If they step out of line, if lives are lost, action must be taken to reduce the damage. Even if that means removing Overwatch itself.

I advise you consider this, however, before I end, I must make two things clear:

Ash- If you refuse, you may continue in your current capacity.

Daniels- This applies to people in Cerberus, if you have any operatives willing to assist. They have to be willing to give up their current assignments and live as ghosts. Cerberus has been a close ally in the past, I trust your people to follow through.

I apologize for my late answer, but I have given your proposal a lot of thought. I have not talked about the proposal with anyone else, do not worry. The Order needs a Division like yours, Cerberus started out with the very same principles, but when we started to grow in both wealth and manpower our visions got hazy and we lost our edge.

With the Battle of Minor striking us where it hurts I've set things in motion to get that edge back and to strike back at the Nomads, we need your Division to overcome our enemy.

To be honest with you, I've already found the man capable for the job. I will send you one of the very best, he's a personal friend of mine. He has served a lot of years in Cerberus, fighting alongside Aubrey, Synk and myself. He's a good ally, but a terrible foe.

Expect him to contact you soon.
