Mein herrs our last report of the latest incident with wing of hessian fighters revealed involvence of IMG employes and theyr cooperation with hessian terorists against Kruger Minerals corporation including some rheinland military targets.
Yesterday our security wing come in to an aid of rheinland miltiary war ship "Blitz" wich was atacked by two hessian heavily armed gunboats and one fighter class vessel in close proximity to the Elbich station.

Gunboats threat is neutralised very fast mein herrs but hessian aditional forces arived soon and our security wing was outnumbered.
Slightly before our decision for tactical retreat a vessel using IMG transponder signal and identification papers of the Independant Mining Guilds aproached ongoing fight and openly aligned itself to the hostile Hessian forces asking them politely are they in need of assistance against Kruger vessels, wich they gladly accepted mein herrs.
Captain of the rheinland warship Blitz warned him not to engage Kruger vessels wich IMG pilot ignored stating again that he will only engage Kruger vessels. That's one more admition of hostility IMG has pointed on our company.
One minut later the IMG pilot started shoting on militiary vessels aswell our asumption is that he was instructed to do so by his hessian allies.
Captain of the warship Blitz had no choice than to defend it self and Kruger pilots so IMG ship was
destroyed.
We extracted logs from onboard computer of the warship Blitz with clear evidences that IMG vesell openly providing aid to the hessian terorists by shoting on our Kruger and Rheinland Miltiary ships.

We think these evidences speak prety much for them selfs.
We had a meeting betwen highest Kruger Minerals managment personal we all agreed that we must protest on this incident cause it's throw a darkness on recent signed treaty betwen Kruger Minerals Dauman and IMG corporations.
We all whant that treaty to work but this provocations are going only to make things worst.
This isn't the first time IMG ships opened fire on Kruger vessels even if non of our employes shown any hostile acts towards the IMG.
Let me remind you about that incident involving herr Himmel captain of the Kruger gunboat he was also shoted from IMG vessels with out any hostile from our side, we decided not to press charges on the IMG all in hope of good relations in omega 7 but now this!
It makes us wonder what is next ?!
So we are asking you politely mein herrs for how long rheinland authorities will let this going on and on all the time?

We are afraid that our non ranking employes are in prety bad move toward our competitors, no they are not just in a bad move they are revolted mein herrs and i must admit i can not blame them, they just fear for theyr lives since IMG hostility is growing more and more each day.
We gave explicit order to our non ranking employed personal not to involve in any interaction with IMG vessels but will they listen to it and what will they do in space mein herrs i can not guarantee you cause they are clearly revolted by IMG's behaviour there is to many hatred on both sides but we will not be responsible of any further bloodshed here cause it's clearly provoked from the IMG side.

Ja miss Bommel we gave the orders the non ranking employes not to interact with IMG vessels but still as i said they are highly revolted because of these provocations only thing we can do is to pray it whont escalate any further.

The Independent Miners Guild will not get involved in this matter. Rheinland Law has been broken by the perpetrator and the criminal has to expect the full consequences.

The Independent Miners Guild expects all participants to regard the incident as what it is: a deed of a criminal individual. Nothing else.

Kruger's warning about crimes planned by non union employees has been received.
