Hm... where to start...
1st: you placed Legate instead of Imperator
2nd: colours aint black-gold
3rd: background not reminds me Corsairs in any way
4rd: borders of sig too ''cut'' use more like my SCRA one

my Skype is ed.philips38, if you want to talk to me, the ship was hard to determine, the colours I'm not totally sure on where they're meant to be, the background I can appreciate as again there's no mention of it being an in game screenshot, and if I make a 3 tier animated sig, any I place behind the SCRA one will overlap, so maybe I'm wasting both our times in trying to help.
