My Crow of the Congress. I am calling you in regards to a rather disturbing Junker in a Salvager, and his cargo.
Let me explain. I am Comander Jed of the LSF Patrol craft PTC-ORCA. Well doing a routine check this ship Black.Market~02 popped into NY from California. Well to my surprise, and the police Office with me, we found he had a rather large supply of Artifacts on board his craft. Well these are highly ilegal in Liberty, so we kindly asked him to drop them. We got no response, and were about to repeat the request when he began firing. Well we defended ourselves and destroyed the ship. But alas we did not find his pod, and got a untracible message of "I will back" Not 100% sure on that, but we think it was a threat.
Now i understand you do not police all Junkers, but you may want to check this lad out. I am sure you do not want LSF and LPi inspecting "ALL" junker vessals coming in and out of Liberty. Would cause us both untold Paper work, am i right? So please, as a person who respects you junkers, can you check this out for me.
