Comrades, People, loyal citizens of Volgograd, Jiang-Xi, Omega's 50, 51 and 52,

A time of war descends upon us, the great war that we have been waiting for. The Patriot's War, the Revolution of the People, by the People, for the People that shall shake the very foundation of the Great Houses.

Gallia trembles at the awakening. Bretonia finds herself on her knees. Rhienland is blind to the threat. It shall be these three Houses that we shall target first, bringing forth our pitchforks from the fields, our barricades, and our revolutionary spirit, we will bring war to them.

The Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army has sheltered you for this day, my comrades, and they now call upon you, as I, your Ikon, call upon you, enmasse, to rise up.

Take your Partisan, take your Insurgent, and find the enemy where ever he may lay, and crack him asunder. For none shall stand in the way of the righteous will of the People's Army. Take your Storms and drive them into the hearts of the corrupt capitalists.

I call upon our lost sons and daughters, those who have retired, or wandered along lonely paths, I urge you to come home once more.

I offer an amnesty to all who retake arms in the Coalition's Name, and turn those arms on the fallen houses.
