A recent incident at our station has led us to inquire as to the status in Bretonia of a certain group known as Rorry's Renegades, tagged |RR.
Under the Omega Treaty, section 3.2 the term "Vessels and pilots known to be a threat to local commercial shipping" is not well defined. As the treaty specifies that the Omega 3 system is to utilize Bretonian law outside of station exclusionary zones we are deferring to the BPA and it's known criminal database.
Firstly, we ask whether the records of the Bretonian Police Authority show these Renegades to be a known criminal organization in Bretonia. Secondly, Freeport One requests read access to the database so that future inquiries can be more speedily developed, especially in regards to dual breeches of Bretonian law as well as our Confederation laws.
While reports of the RR activties in other areas has reached the BPA no reports of illegal acts has been reported to the BPA or been observed by our patrols. Due to their preceding reputation they are considered to be suspicious and would be escorted out of Bretonia but are not currently wanted by the Bretonian goverment.
Should evidence of illegal acts against Bretonians or in Bretonia be reported they would appear on the Wanted List that is open to the public.
Should you wish to inform the Police of a law violation it can be sent on the same Investigations section or to myself and it will be forwarded to the relevant department.
