All Kusari forces are reminded not to perform dangerous Jumps into foreign House territory, and that we will not be able to support any action outside of Kusari.

Secondary Fleet Admirals using Jump Drives to leave Kusari space do so at their own risk. Battleships found jumping to Bretonia must show cause as to why they should not be treated as criminal supporters of the Kusari Exiles.

Report:
Today I was on a solo patrol and i had come across a ship in New Tokyo by the vessel name of Jeff_Staine. i asked him to cut his engines and submit to a cargo scan he ignored my initial request and made his way to Shikoku. I then pursued him to Planet Junyo and in the time of doing that I sent him a private message to get him to cut his engines off which he eventually did but not before the routine "are you talking to me?" whilst all this was going on I was constantly relaying information to [KNF]KDS-Chokai and asking for advice on what to do in this situation, as I had never personally encountered it myself. Jeff_staine did not co-operate easily if at all with the requests I had been making of him.

I have evidential proof of the matter but for some reason I'm currently struggling to upload the image data to the data base. When I figure out how to make this thing work *bangs computer* I will try to get the image data loaded as soon as possible.

that is all for now, I will return back to my patrol to help keep Kusari borders safe!
