It has come to my attention that a recent re-formatting of your pre-defined objectives, or some other non-standard activity has befallen your 'machine alliance'. Therefore, I must restate and redefine my paramaters regarding Harvester-Consortium interaction. I will assume my previous paramaters have not been overwritten without my knowlage, and therefore will restate the terms of our ceasefire.
They may not, be modified in any way. You will accept them as is or reject them entirely.
1: Under normal operational paramaters are Harvesters to attempt hostile action (Harvest) against CONSORTIUM (\CS\) tagged vessels or those under our protection. We will assume identical protocols unless terms are violated.
2: Vessels identified as GOLDEN CHRYSANTHEMUMS (Includes [GC], [Kiretsu], and all indipendants) are under the protection of Consortium tactical units. If they are fired upon under any circumstances by harvesters, Consortium forces are Hardcoded to protect at all cost and seek and destroy the attacking vessels. Simply put; Don't shoot at the GC and we are in agreement.
3: Consortium forces will NOT interfere with any harvester activity against non \CS\ or GC entities EXCEPT those identified as COLONIAL REMNANT (=CR=). They are considered mutual threats and we are in open conflict with them. Harvesters will be assisted if nessesscary.
4: Harvester units must NOT enter the vicinity of AINU hardpoint in the Hokkaido system. That includes 20km around the depot itself, the Kyushu Jumphole, and the Tau-65 Jumphole. If you do, expect hostilities from local GC and Consortium Tactical units. They are hardcoded to protect that juristiction zone.
5: GC and Consortium units will be allowed unrestricted access to the SIGMA-13 system.
I belive these terms are agreeable and mutually beneficial. Violation will result in response directed against the harvester units in question, and not the entire machine alliance as a whole. However, due to our current state of affairs, and the fact that most of the Harvesters' alliances are incompatable with our own, we cannot open full-scale diplomatic negotiations from our end.
We would however, be willing to communicate with your own diplomatic Envoy directly assuming you see fit. Sigma-13 will be assumed as the neutral meeting point within our territories for any direct communication.
I would hope that the Machine Alliance can see the logic in non-hostility between ourselves.
