make a poll about it. because Im sure all factions would love people stop stealing their gunboats because they still can be good. like increase nerf to 30-40% to gunboats and more

I mean place gunboats/cruisers/bs in guard bases. so without doing some missions no-one would able to buy/steal GB. of cource people always can make Recruit ID and lie about ''I wanna join *****'' but nothing will stop lolwuts
