Odd Rep Issue

I've got an odd situation. I recently made an Indie Order character...trying to rep for Order Guard so that I can get a little better equipment for my ship and what not, considering they've always got the best deals. However, whenever I try to see Order Guard on my rep sheet, it doesn't show up. All I see is Zoner Guard and that's it.

I know the Guard ID's were removed, but are some of the Faction Guard REPS gone as well? Any clue, or am I just being an idiot?

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to encounter either NPC/player ship or NPC station that has Order Guard IFF.
