Ok well this guy has Sexually harassed a poor civilian killed to LPI Officers 1 Liberty Naval Officer and a few others from what i have heard. This Scum Needs to be brought to Justice so there for 25mil to who ever can kill him first this is a one time bounty and i may reopen this bounty again if i feel so bored as to do so... thank you in advance.
