First off I'd like to congratulate you on your success within our company so far, finishing the training course at that speed is uncommon.
With that said I would like to inform you that even though we appreciate the reports, we do have a certain communication channel set up for these sort of things, keeps it easier for us to track your messages down. Maybe you've already heard about it, if not go ahead and take a look, route reports like these are allowed for upload in that channel, as long as you keep route specifics like pick-ups, drop-offs and cargo types out of your reports like you did this time everything will be fine.

I'm sure it has been said before but I'll say it again, feel free to contact your logistics manager or myself if you have any questions.
