huh - in that case I could say that I'm lucky since I do not work that way anymore, 8 hours on shifts:
6 AM - 2 PM
8 AM - 4 PM
10 AM - 6 PM
2 PM - 10 PM
swing in each week.
But I used to work that way in my first work, if I remember I just eat something, go gym or study then take shower and go to sleep.
With time Youd body will used to work that way.
