Comrades and brothers-in-arms.

[color=#FFFF00]Today is a glorious day in our fight against the Alliance. There will be many bridges to cross, and the road will be long and difficult, but together - We shall prevail.

The activation of the reserve forces comes at a critical moment. The threat of the Corsair Empire dominates the lower Omega's, while the Gallic war machine tumbles on into Bretonia. We must tend our home fronts and also keep a wider eye on the events unfolding across Sirius.

I invite you all to read fully the tactical centre. This is where current missions and objectives will be found. These objectives will vary, as will the rules of engagement, from time to time. Ensure they are read and understood.

I also urge you all to follow the guidelines of your activation. These will be issued to you on purchase of the relevant paperwork. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in harsh penalties.

Much trust has been placed in you. The Primary fleet will be there to ensure your integration into our elite fighting unit. We will perform training events (using live fire, of course) and drills to bring anyone who requires up to scratch. Listen to the wise words of the Primary fleet. In combat, our orders are designed to keep us all alive while we vanquish the enemy force. In space, our directions will ensure that you reach your full potential. Do not misplace our trust.

If some of you wish to organise and form your own divisions, or reactivate older established wings, this will be welcomed. Directions will again be provided by the Primary fleet.
