Rather peculiar request

My Godfather writes songs, and is looking to find a cover for the CD that he's just made.

It's entitled "Harleys in Heaven" *ducks*

I know it's odd, but could anyone whip me up something in photoshop that would fit a jewel CD case?

It'd need a motorcycle (not necessarily a Harley but it needs to be a chopper), the motorcycle to have wings and heaven/clouds.

I'll pay you whatever it takes depending on how good it looks and how much time you've spent on it.

I'd like to have it as soon as possible though.
