Each account ID can have 5 ships. Depending on how you RP them, they can be flown by the same character, different ones, or just be ships that you don't have a proper character for.
For example, your Junker might have a fighter, a bomber and a transport that he owns. You could put them on the same account, with room for two more ships that don't have to be related to your Junker in any way.
There are a couple of ways to move money about, /drawcash and /givecash, for taking money out of and sending money from an account respectively. A list of server commands can be found here.
