Funny thing about the RAV. They claimed to be a mercenary group that is affiliated to but not a part of the Rheinland Military. Rather recently, they took a liking to making a base in front of one of our restricted zones - and we had to fix that nonsense by removing the base.

But no - RAV is not, has not, and will never be, acting on behalf of the Rheinland Lawfuls.

It may have helped remove this miscommunication of either of us contacted one another as players rather than as characters - but our nonchalant response is our way of A) refusing to legitimize the actions of certain indies who act in a lolwut fashion with an official response and B) a way to prevent embarrassing the Rheinwehr when we make a promise to control an indie and can't.

We could send you a message inrp regarding the investigation into the RAV and its traitor elements, if you feel that could help mend the bridge between our factions - I understand that neutrality is something you're looking for.

Indeed, a mercs with government battleships and cruisers and affiliated nohow with government, that's just great.

Yeah, a message in RP will do the work. The neutrality is indeed what we are aimed for, also Rheinland is still our closest neighbor(if saying about of governments). And keeping harmonous relationship would be great.

By the way, Order snubs were added to allowed ships, since we're was allowed by Order| quite long time ago. At this moment I'd restrict to have one order ship per player, but maybe I'll change that. Need to see how it'll go.

But not all embarked upon the great voyage. Some decided to stay in Sirius, and since their numbers were few they left their home of Omicron-74 in order to seek a new place for themselves and their families. Sensitive research and information was taken aboard their ships, being careful to leave nothing dangerous behind. The scarce few capital class vessels they possessed were formed into a core fleet to house themselves during their travels. The group grew as they were joined by zoners of all sorts, for all sorts of reasons, from across Sirius, and they took to calling themselves Phoenix.

Soon after the core fleet gathered they departed into the edge worlds but the word is that Phoenix built a secret outpost which functions as a temporary berth for the core fleet vessels, and as a place for delicate and dangerous scientific research. The outpost’s location is secret, known only by Phoenix members. With so many emerging threats around Sirius it was decided that keeping their activities secret would be key for their continued survival.

While very much a group of individuals, some goals are shared by all.
