Enfermo Santago

Enfermo Santago, a former smuggler for the Blue Lotus Syndicate and current member of the Outcast Guard, saw that the 101st was crumbling and decided to get out while the opportunity was right. He left Omicron Alpha to pursue a career as a Freelancer of all sorts, on any side of the law whether it be white, black, or grey.

Acquiring a small freighter he sought work opportunity of any kind, and lucky him, the owner of a base procured his services to start importing supplies to get the base's shield up and running. On his second trip to the base Memphis Silver in Pennsylvania the Liberty Navy halted all importing due to a base licensing dispute (they decided to damage the base while waiting for word of licensing approval). Once the Liberty Navy got word that the license was good a group of Xenos attacked and destroyed the base (apparently word got out rather quickly).

Staring at the cinders of his former job, he moves on to begin importing and exporting for random bases across Sirius until another contract presents itself.
