As the progress for the repais on Thebes has come to ein stillstand, it seems like
it is in need of ein kick again.

As the OSD mentioned, scans of nomad structures are necessary. And although
the nomad controlled systems are nearby, performing scans there would be suicide.

But there is always ein alternative.
What I propose is, to set up ein combined effort from Cerberus, Order| and 141|
to get these scans. And fast.

More information will be sent by me to the High Commands to Cerberus and the
primary Order fleet soon.

due to our failur to gather enough information from Bretonia and other situations we
had to focus on, Project Defibrilator has ben set on halt for now, but not aborted.

It's just the fact that other issues had to be dealt with before. Right now Order HC
tries to get input from other sources, but right now I have no results at hand.

As it seems, our efforts to repair Thebes' engines cannot proceed as planned.
Everything that could be done by setting up Alexandria has been reached, still
we haven't achieved everything that was needed.

Therefore, Alexandria's main bridge will be dismantled, with only the scaffold around
Thebes and its secondary module remaining for regular maintainance.

Nonetheless this does mean we will give up our efforts to get the beast running again.
It's just that we will continue with a different approach on this matter.

All involved order agents, Overwatch thanks you for all your efforts, be it for keeping
up the logistics or the security around Alexandrai. Research or daily repairs.

Your hard work so far was not in vain.

As I speak, some of our specialists are starting the dismantling of the facility.

The Alexandria frequency will be closed soon.
