Need help with Docking Module

What are commands for it? I just bought 1 and dont know any.

when a ship press F3 on you
it says "press /allow to let it dock on you" sort of that

and press /listdocked to see what ships are docked on you

and press Jettisonship <shipname> to let the ship get the hell out of your ship
