Can I get a step-by-step guide on how to change the color of that car to red, without altering the rest of the picture? I'm using PhotoShop CS3.

Thanks in advance.

1. Select the pen tool, then make sure you have rubber band option selected.
2. Then zoom in 200-350%, depends on how you like it and how accurate you can work.
3. Using pen tool, cut out the brown body of the car, then Create Selection and duplicate it.
4. Colorize the layer you have
- or -
4.1 With the selection made, you can create a new layer on top of the car, put layer properties on COLOR and fill the new layer with the shade of red that you like.

You should be done right about now.

I´d use Makc 4.1 With the selection made, you can create a new layer on top of the car, put layer properties on COLOR and fill the new layer with the shade of red that you like method , but use the ´´color balance´´ to reach the right shade of red.
give´s a slightly more natural look
