It seems all questions were already answered, meh, here's a short summary of do's and don't's:
Do!
-Dock in Nomad or Wilde bases.
-Buy nomad equipment to use in your morph. (K'Hara recruits have to sell weapons though, until they reach stage 2)
-Try to learn how to be a nomad
-Assist K'Haras and Wildes in combat
-Let Outcasts pet you. (Outcasts love small nomads)
-Shoot back if you're shot.
Don't!
-Start fights.
-Talk like a human.
-Attempt to buy any other nomad ship available in nomad bases.
-Land on human bases.
-Sell nomad weaponry to humans.
-Shoot K'Haras or Wilde. (Except in self defense)
Regarding Corsairs and Outcasts. Corsairs can, and will shoot you. On the other hand, Outcasts consider Nomads to be spirits, and sort of worship them. However, you can't boss them around or anything, and there are still some people who, or don't know that part of Outcast roleplay, or have decided not to follow normal Outcast faith (these are few).

I'd just like to point out that the reverse is what the lore actually suggests - only a small cult-like minority worshipping them. The Discovery playerbase took it to the other extreme, probably due to the stance of Doc Jameson of the 101st, way back when.

But see, that actually fits in. Sure, it's a small cult-like minority - but just as the actual number of player characters that DO exist or ever HAVE existed in the server, you see that we make up a minority of the population of Sirius.
We're at a TOTAL of 250,000 active or deleted PC's on the server, total. That's it. And we have less than 1,300 PC's docked in Outcast space. Out of approximately 217 million total Outcasts in Sirius (as per the Planet Malta infocard). So with the number of PC's actually less than one thousandth of one percent of the total Outcast population... in general, Outcasts are like Hm, Nomads, if we leave them alone, they won't screw with us - the PC's (total percentage a small, cult-like minority) are like Oh, spirits ...
(In case you're wondering, just from the infocards on Manhattan (2.1B), New London (1.1B), New Tokyo (1.7B), Denver (.945B), Los Angeles(.360B), Nuremburg(.675B), and Stuttgart(.540B), we're talking an NPC population of nearly 7.5 billion just on THOSE planets. So it would not be unreasonable for a total Sirius and Gallia human population to be more than double that - 15 Billion. Versus 250,000 total player characters, with only 40,000 of those active. Can you say drop in the bucket?)
