I had a player on my server complain that a jump drive had been lost. He reported no "shield destroyed" or "shield lost" message was issued. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? He states that there appeared to be no hull damage on the damage meter.

did you think of restoring the jump drive and see if it happens again and if only to that player

I known of cloaks and jumpdrives takingdamage if there is any lag at the time of the jump that could be the cause

Maybe he got lag while jumping, thats the reason i think.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah, very well could have been lag. I did restore the jump drive to him. Seems to be fine now.
