Well, as the title says, Nomad Energy Blasters are rare as most nomads use Laser, if they should drop something, that should be lasers.

Nomad blasters represent Nomad war era (800 A.S.) already existing hybrid weapons. Since then Noms have evolved.

And why would they do that? The Lasers are actual Nomad Tech, not a human tech. Order alreayd have hybrid versions of Nomad guns. If you give all Nomad Teh to Order, what will be special about Nomads?
