I thought the KDGA was more both a civilian and paramilitary organisation, given it's hierarchy of officials and inquisitors.

Wasn't the SS paramilitary as well? I was thinking basically the KDGA arm of the RFP could be trusted with stuff like assassinations or just simply attacks against known dissenters and unlawfuls, etc. It's sort of what happened during WW2.

I saw one (RFP) once. He attacked the Varyag in a LF. Followed me around for a while. I didn't shoot at him till a BH showed up. Was fun to RP.
