If you can mod Max Payne 2 or HL2

I am completely ignorant when it comes to modding, but I'm looking for people who would be willing to model & skin some characters in a presonal project I've started.

All I need are fully skinned characters that I can pose in different positions & then throw into photoshop.

I can pay credits for all the work, so just tell me what that kind of thing is worth & we can start talking specifics on appearence & whatnot.
