If it is IP ban, no

If Account ban, yes

But which sanction determines a player to be banned by IP, and which one determines a player to get account banned only ?

If a player has been banned - IP or account - you shouldn't be on the server for the duration of the ban. Playing anyway will be considered circumventing the ban and dealt with appropriately.

Sadly, it does not work that way.

Not when people keep giving banned individuals funds to set up new ships. Still, I'm fairly sure that would be covered as a 1.2 violation, in any case.

Then again, I do wonder how many billions of credits worth of characters we've deleted from certain repeat returners over the months. It must be inconvenient, having a drain like that.
