The New Berlin Museum has been one of the few xenoarchaeological research centres for as long as the field existed. One can only imagine how devastating came the sudden and utterly unexpected decision to practically outlaw acquisition and possession of Daam K’Vosh artefacts. An almost unimaginable amount of intellect that could solve many mysteries still remaining has been wasted since then. And that was almost twenty years ago. We firmly believe that it is high time to change that. That is the reason behind this message.
We would like to request an official permission from the Rheinland Federal Polizei, as we believe that it is the only organisation in our glorious Vaterland that is properly entitled for such matters ( to the contrary what many other organisations believe in their haughty attitude), for transportation and storage of sensitive material in minimal quantities. Of course, proper security measures can be arranged and every action on our side announced in advance. Due to the fact that such material usually stems from the Corsair menace, a great deal of caution would be taken to prevent anything that might transfer an even so slight sum of credits to the said threat. We most definitely do not want to help feed those barbaric pirates and support their nefarious ploys against our homeland.
However, it is clear, that this is a request of a most unexpected nature and as such a likely candidate for a swift and decisive denial. That would be, without doubt, a most unfortunate and rather paradigmatic decision, regretted by the entire scientific community. So please, consider the facts thoroughly, taking in account all that outweighs the downsides.

After a bit of talk within our ranks, we have thought long and hard over your request.
While this is against our laws into the transport and distribution of such artifacts, as one for the arts and support of the education of our civillians, we will permit a single shipment of minimal quanities to the Neu Berlin Museum.
However. This will not be without circumstances.
The transport hauling this sensative materials will be escorted through Rheinland space by RFP and/or BDM personnel should the request needed be. No exceptions.
Once unloaded, all cargo with be escorted by Polizei Personnel to their destination.
Lastly. While such objects are under study, the Federal Polizei will retain the right to confiscate all materials should the need arise. BDM will also have authority to overrule Polizei directives should such need arise as well.
If these circumstances are agreed upon, your request will be hereby accepted.

let me not waste words, as we wholeheartedly agree with all the conditions! As soon as anything of interest is found and ready for transport we will let you know.
