As some of you are no doubt already aware, there have been reports of recent Gallic Navy activity in the Magellan system. This of course, is always of the highest concern to Naval High Command. It is my belief that while the Gallic Navy is not yet ready to make a full offensive push past Bretonian space, they may well attempt to move infiltration and sabotage teams across our borders.
It is my intention to put an end to such a threat.
That being said, High Command has learned the name of a Gallic vessel believed to be related to the Gallic Office of Naval Intelligence. The ship is known as the RNS Eglantine, and while many details surrounding it are accessible on a need to know basis, it would appear that it's Captain is in possession of vital information that could be of great value to The Republic of Liberty, and her allies.
For this reason, I am henceforth designating the RNS Eglantine and it's captain, a man believed to go by the name of Lelouch D'Aramis, as High Value Capture Targets -- I want the ship intact and it's Captain alive.
Reports suggest that D'Aramis may be seeking to defect, so with that in mind, I would ask any units that may encounter him to try and bring him in without resorting to violence.
Additionally, I want a task force assembled with the intent of stepping up Libertonian Border security in the Magellan system, If anything happens there, we should know about it.
Any information gained regarding the HVT, or any other security situations that arise in the Magellan sector, should be reported on this frequency.

I understand the Situation, I will Report or Try Capture the "High Value Captain" Once Encountered, Also assembling a Task Force....I Would like to offer myself, as I have an Experience in Such things, as you Know Admiral, I was Rear Admiral in a task Force, So I Think that I would be a Good Addition to this Task Force, The navy Will Capture the Frog Captain, now i learned Bretonian Words...anyway....

The RNS Eglantine is no longer considered to be a high value target at this time. It is my belief that the Captain is not a threat to The Republic, though any encounters should still be handled with a high degree of caution.
Any and all units assigned to actively hunt The Eglantine down for capture are ordered to stand down.
I have established communication with the ship's captain, and I have discovered his intent, that is all you need to know.
Increased security presence in Magellan however, is still a priority, I would like any units previously tasked with hunting the Eglantine, to focus instead on border security in Magellan.
