Greetings to the directors of Baltimore Shipyard
My name is Mark Adams, I am a humble entrepreneur member of Ageira Technologies, currently busy on developing a division for the company.
A close friend of mine, employee of Deep Space Engineering sugested me about coming into contact with you as our main hardware provider.
After some deep explanations about the procedures followed on the manufacture proccess I have the certainty that the ships made and mantained on Baltimore Shipyard are of a notorious quality.
This, added to the fact that they have been widely chosen by all the house corporations as the standard shipline, makes you my first choice for adquiring the appropiate material.
I currently am in command of an Albatross, a possibly sufficient transport to get out of the hurry, but it is not the kind of gear I would most trust.
After this useful conversation I had with one of your engineers, I would rather prefer to adquire a ship of the Libertonian line for the development of the current goals of our division.
I will be waiting for your possible offers, and I eagerly look foward working with you in the future.

From the Desk of Mr. Walter Park
Mr. Adams,
Apologies for the delay. The directors at Baltimore Shipyard flagged and passed your message up to me. Needless to say, I've taken a great interest in it. As always, it is a pleasure to work alongside Ageira and we have one construction bay available for the production of a suitable transport vessel.
If you would allow me to, I would highly recommend two options - the "Bison" class heavy transport, and the "Mastodon" class superheavy transport. Please take some time to peruse the database entries on both to see what will best suit your needs. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask myself or one of many qualified technicians. Once we've better determined your needs, we can proceed to discuss resource acquisition and funding.
Please let us know if you are interested. We look forward to business with you.

Mr. Park
Before saying anything else, I would like to thank you for replying to me personally, I am sincerely flattered by receiving a direct reply from such an important and influential person like you.
After checking out the specifications of both vessels, I personally think that the "Bison" class heavy transport could cover our needs better. To our criteria it might be better to have a bit better maneouvering and defense to keep our crew safe than hauling capacity. Safety of our workers is important if we plan to work on remote places of Sirius.
Unfortunately, I am not sure if our budget will be able to cover the costs of this vessel until we develop further. Therefore, as a fledging company, we are looking for sponsors, and we would like to offer you our services in exchange.
In the case that our services are insufficient or not pleasant, you would get the ship back along with an economical compensation. But my hopes are that we can develop this agreement into a big bussiness-alliance on the future.

Mr. Adams,
Thank you for the kind words, though I assure you the pleasure is mine.
The durability and versatility of the "Bison" class transport has made it a very popular model in Liberty space and beyond - I can personally attest to its ability to withstand significant assault and deliver its cargo unscathed.
As you come to us highly recommended, we will gladly consider the possibility of services in lieu of payment - especially as your work seems fairly complimentary to our own. We at DSE are quite confident that your division will have many bright prospects and look forward to many corporate ventures to come. I'll just have our legal department draft up the proper paperwork and we can settle that portion of things.
I'm forwarding this to my contact at Planet Los Angeles in the California system with a bit of background so they can have the vessel fitted to your needs and ready to fly once you arrive.
