Good day, mr...Golanski. You wanted infos on us, and there they are.
I'll start by saying that, if we exclude our political program, we're nothing else than a well-organized (without any false modesty) pirate group. But our political program counts, it's the reason we exist, so we're much more that. The current situation of the Ecumene is, honestly, a desperate one. 20 years ago some freaks of nature tried to pit us against another, destroying us from inside. You waltzed in and saved the day. Thanks a lot for it and so on. These freaks of nature exploited a fault in humanity's organization: division. They of course used division to pit us against eachother. Did we fix this fault? Not at all. 20 years passed, and we didn't learn the lesson, we're still divided, we're still destroying eachother, the freaks are showing more and more and all we have to protect us from these freaks are you and a handful of other groups. The more time passes, and the more the reports of the sightings of these freaks are frequent, for Christ's sake, there's even people who collaborate with them. They're rebuilding under our noses with the specific intention of annihilating us all, and we aren't taking counter-measures. All we have are you and some other guys, a small vanguard against a whole enemy species. Is this enough? Maybe you're enough now, but you will not be enough in the future, no offense.
Still, if these freaks wanted to annihilate us from within, without us even realizing their existance, this means that they couldn't stand a united human front, and this leads me to the second point, wich is also the reason our group exists: compared to a united humanity, these freaks are weak. The only reason these freaks are still out there is because we're divided and we don't mind them, division is the fault of wich I spoke of a minute or so ago, and we're trying to fix this by uniting all human resources, all the Houses, in one bloc. United, humanity is a giant, a leviathan (wich, by the way, is also represented in our symbol), an enormous monster, a juggernaut able to strangle and vanquish anyone in its way, and these freaks are in our way. In particular, they're in the way of our survival.

Long story short: we're a revolutionary, insurrectionalist group who are about abolishing the Houses and using the resources of a united mankind to annihilate who wants to annihilate us.

You also asked for our relations with outside groups, so we'll say that, for now, we have links with the Libertonian criminal underground group, the Liberty Rogues, we probably wouldn't even exist without them. We also have sympathy for any revolutionary or even simply "corrective" group in Sirius, and this includes the Rheinlander revolutionary groups, the Gaian struggle for a clean Bretonia, The Council's quest for an actually working democracy up there in Gallia and we're planning to resume contacts with the Coalition down there in the Omegas.

All my boss is asking is to start relations with you guys. We're both about defending the Ecumene (though we must say that your approach is, no offense, an elitist one, almost, while ours is, maybe, "folk" and even "folkloristic"), we see the REAL, ACTUAL enemy, and collaboration between ourselves can only bring good things to both of us.

So far I do not see reason to treat you differently from anyone else, however it is not a bad thing by itself.

Here are given information concerning your presence in Omicron Zeta and overally guidelins as to how not to get into bad way with us:

• Do not fraternize with Core, Outcasts or anyone suspicious in our area.
  
• Do not carry Nomad materials or attempt to smuggle them
  
• Stand clear of planet Murilo, Omicron Mu jumphole, Chuuk asteroid field and all of its contents.
  
• Do not bring your "friends" in as their presence is not desired. I am speaking of SCRA, Rogues and others them simmilar.
  
• If we catch you trying to salvage anything from Omicron Minor graveyard, you are dead to us. Leave this star system alone.
  
• Omicron Zeta has no ports that would accomodate you.
