Will people be PM'd as and when they're rejected or will it all be done at once?

I seriously doubt there will be anything like a rejection letter.
The sheer number of "applications" makes that a huge job.
Besides which, it will be pretty obvious anyway, simply by the process of elimination : the best applicants for the jobs will be chosen.
