The best we can do given we can't have a perfectly mechanical system is offer strong incentives and strong disincentives. After that, it's just a matter of dealing with it.
It's not actually a big deal for anyone, and it's more effort on their part than ours.

Since my name has been brought into this by one of the usual suspects, I'd like to state that I havent played disco in like 6 weeks and my biggest enemy is probably the inactivity shipwipe.
So if people (like Alley) are telling you that some annoying butthole ingame is me, it's probably themselves (Or Doj, whom I've never been friends with and who I find jsut as annoying as anybody else. But I listened to sindroms interview and must admit he sounds less retarded than I thought)
