Alright, wall of text incoming, prepare yourself mentally !

I am trying to start a new RP project; it’s my first time so I need some advice. My grammar is not the best, I am not 100% sure what I am doing, and I want to see how the community thinks of my plans before I should begin. Please do keep in mind that this idea might not fully ever take off, as it will probably have to jump over several huge hurdles before it can even start.

Prologue
Setting the scene, this RP that I’m trying to make will focus on a character in late 40’s. He is currently in the Bounty hunter core and resides in Omicron delta on Dabadoru station. He works as the second hand man to the station owner, who also happens to be current Guildkeeper in the sector and overseeing operations on the front line.
Now the Core contacted the overseer, and informs that influence is not expanding as quickly as it required from him. This means he has to change his tactics to dealing with the situation, and this character, which was in the channel, comes up with a radical plan to change how to operate in the omicrons, and he was forwarded to their chambers with a proposal.

Idea
If I understood correctly, the currently strategy is to throw as much recruits to the meat grinder, with the Core unlimited resources and slowly push up the omicrons building influence. However, the push of forces has been seen an issue because of the Corsairs they have to get past, especially a point when the Sairs broke the supply temporary and crippled core influence, not to also mention the nomads and order they have to face when they move it further up the pipeline.
So this character comes up with an idea of taking a modified large carrier, treat it as a mobile station that moves around, and jumps it behind the conflict zones. He plans to have it operating in deep hidden space or inside nebulas, where it is harder to detect and launching assaults against its enemies from an alternate location to flak the targets. It is assumed that the proposal was accepted by the core and he is the man managing the project which he conceived the idea.

RP Involvement
In terms of RP to the community, I will try to involve different parties in this RP through communications; as the warship itself will need supplies and logistics a, especially one that acts as a station operating out in deep space. I’ll try to negotiate bulk crew necessity contracts with the Freeport administrators, and maybe other stuff such as local or nomad technology exchanges which involves factions such as Zoners, Freelancers and possibly the AIs.
For combat, I believe the ship is very unlikely to involve with any space battle, unless it is very in favour to win. If has was involved in a fleet skirmish, it probably stay behind the main fleet and do emergency jumps if threatened. This is due to its strategic roles makes it a valuable asset to the core, so it must survive at all cost. However, I will also try RP as long as possible before I hit that escape button.

I want it to be a close personal RP at the moment, meaning I will control all of the individual characters in the RP (Which may be unusual). I’ll write up all the biography, journals, also stuff like internal reports and resource request from the division managers from either event that I will encounter,
I will See how the role-play itself goes first, and maybe open up in the future if people are interested, either through filling the shoes of already existing character or adding extra ships and forming a roaming flotilla. I might also eventually move on to the watering hole section with a board room or bar and RP other players that way.

ZOI
For the ZOI, I believe the best for this to remain around the central Omicrons; exception would be the secondary ZOI, where resupplies and refits are needed which will involve going to the lower omicrons and omegas.
I am going to try and avoid O-52, because Rhineland are somewhat stationed there. Although they don’t control that system, however I am sure they won’t defiantly would not like to see a liberty carrier flying in their sight.

Reason
The reason I’m starting this RP because I love the omicrons, and I found bounty hunter faction / player activity seems to be almost nil in the omicrons nowadays, especially when they supposed to a major part of the Triangle. I want to play it fun while it is incentive for me to do it individually
In addition, I heard from sources that the core will be getting a new base in Zeta in 4.76 (could be wrong), and with the low activity from the Core at the moment. I feel this RP can help bridge this missing void, where this RP will help the build-up of things, instead of having station popping up over an update and npcs suddenly starts pouring in

Problems
This RP doesn’t come with its fair shares of problems; I want to list them below what I could think of right now:

Problem #1
Since the Bounty hunter core does not have a carrier in their ship line, but in RP they are in a good relationship with liberty, I will try requisite one from their government. However, I also noticed the authorities have not really been active on the forum lately, and I’m not even sure what else to do if they refuse. I’m 100% sure Zoner would not even think about it, since that would just directly conflict their interest with the order, not to mention the massive energy nerf I will be getting.

Problem #2
Although I have read up on its history on it, I will play as indie and not part of the BHG|Core faction. So I want to ask that is it bad that I am trying to conjure stories out from it, because I feel like editing someone’s script without having permission. Since I am not actually part of the main faction or even seen as over writing the lore
In addition, I am not sure how the community would take it me playing as an indie. I notice there is a general stereotype against Indies and don’t really take them seriously, especially bigger ships involving capitals (and I don’t blame them). This is exactly what I am doing, a liberty carrier as well in this case, I am scared of factions I might come in contact may not take me seriously when I try to RP.

Response
So far I have talked to an [LN] character in game, although he doesn't have the influence over the liberty requisition thread, or stated either indie will be automatically rejected requesting such a big ship, but he did encouraged me to go ahead and right up a really good reason and RP to go with it.

So, I want to ask the community that if I should go ahead and attempt with this role-play, or just give it up right now and or is there any useful advice or comment you can add on? Also, feel free to ask me any questions if im missing anything!
